Bro. Arthur L. Dinger 32° is the new Thrice Potent Master of the Harrisburg Lodge of Perfection. He is a member of Harrisburg-Snyder Lodge No. 629; he is a two-time Past Master, Past Treasurer and currently in his sixth year as Lodge Secretary.
Bro. Dinger joined Consistory in 1988. He has been in the degree cast since joining and has held many roles in the degrees over the years.
He is a member of the Zembo Shrine (Color Guard, Directors, and Usher Units), Harrisburg Forest No. 43 Tall Cedars, all three York Bodies, National Sojourners and Turkey Buzzards.
Brother Dinger is a member of St. Andrew Episcopal Church in the city, where he serves in several church roles.
Brother Dinger is retired from the Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union, where he was Chief Compliance Officer. He spent his entire Professional Career in the Credit Union Industry, where he achieved many certifications and awards.
